By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
These Terms apply to Certified Radio’s consumer-facing website and services only. Our sister company, Certified Commercial and Fleet Services, operates under its own separate terms for commercial and fleet clients.
Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by anyone else. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers or systems.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
- Using automated tools to scrape, copy or extract content from our website without permission.
- Impersonating another person or providing false information when placing an order or booking a service.
- Using our website in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website or Services at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Products, Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing and availability on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur, including incorrect pricing, product descriptions or stock levels. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by an error, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the item you receive, particularly for products with variants in color, size or configuration.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed at the time you complete checkout will be the prices charged for that order.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services, which we may accept or decline. An order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us, whether by email or in person.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Installation Services and Appointments
Certified Radio offers professional installation services for products purchased through us. When you book an installation appointment, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate information about your vehicle’s make, model and year to help us confirm product compatibility before your appointment.
- You will drop off and pick up your vehicle at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
- Installation timelines provided at booking are estimates. While most installations are completed same day, unforeseen complications with a specific vehicle may extend the timeline, and we will communicate any delays as soon as we’re aware of them.
- You are responsible for removing any personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to drop-off. Certified Radio is not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle during service.
Warranties and Returns
Products sold by Certified Radio are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand, and details will be provided at the time of purchase or are available upon request.
Installation workmanship is covered by our own service guarantee. If an installation is not performing as it should due to an installation issue rather than a product defect, bring your vehicle back to us and we will assess and correct the issue.
Certain products, including special orders, custom fabricated components and opened electronics, may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be noted at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Certified Radio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including manufacturer sites, social media platforms or our sister company’s website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
